I miss reading
Other than the newspaper, I haven’t had much time to read lately. Between two toddlers and running a household, reading doesn’t happen much- and it’s not that I am watching much TV either. Perhaps an hour or two in the evening at the most. I suppose I could read instead, but since I am home alone so much in the evenings after the children are asleep TV is company for me. Anyhow, my next project for this blog is to gather the stats for pre-kindle reading and go from there. Perhaps I’ll have time for a deep thought or two again. Today’s most interesting topic for me was the crazy platypus whose genome was just sequenced in its entirety. What a fascinating bird/reptile/mammal it is!
